Welcome to the 3 Week Virtual Workout Program with StephyFit!

I have designed this very limited group (3-5 clients*) program to assist you in attaining small goals and eventually bigger goals, to create better habits, that will help you lead a healthier lifestyle. During these 3 weeks, we will be working on proper form that will help you work out more efficiently. We will focus on functional movement that supports your everyday tasks, and mobility stretch flow to keep your muscles supple and joints healthy. This program is open to anyone that is willing to learn and commit to making a change to better themselves.

INFORMATION

This workout program will begin April 25th 2022 - May 13th 2022.

3 days/per week for 3 weeks. Each session will range from 45mins to an hour.

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9AM - 10AM EST.

$150 for 3 WEEKS!
